1. Eligibility

  • 3-Day Guarantee: Request a refund within 72 hours of delivery if unsatisfied.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Used or damaged products (unless defective).

3. Return Process

  2. Ship items to our warehouse (address provided). Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

  3. Refunds are processed within 5 business days after inspection.

4. Exchanges

  • Defective/wrong items? We’ll ship replacements at no cost once the return is approved.

5. Late/Missing Refunds
